adequate but flawed
convenient locationnon-functional radiatorannoying sound
the location proved convenient, especially with its proximity to transportation options.
my stay suffered from a non-functional radiator in the studio, despite repeated complaints, maintenance never addressed the issue (it seemed like a recurring problem). i was offered a room change quite late, a solution that would have been more helpful earlier in my visit. the air conditioning unit made an annoying sound throughout the night and i found it difficult to sleep well.

friendly staffsustainable toilet paper
The staff were really friendly. This created a very cute atmosphere. i was actually surprised by the shared spaces that included a coffee machine and an honesty shop. This added a touch of convenience. i also appreciated the attention to environmental details like the use of sustainable toilet paper and plastic-free options. good quality shampoo and conditioner were also provided!

Excellent New Hotel!
ample storagenice kitchencomfortable bedcomplicated control
The hotel is new and well-kept! I found plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom. a very nice kitchen setup. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well. The lounge on the top floor is a highlight and laundry facilities are available for £2 per wash and £1 per dryer load.
The iPad-type control pad in the room was over complicated I found. It was quite impossible to understand or operate, it was completely unnecessary!

The staff was quite friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. I really appreciated the attention to environmental details such as the plastic-free options at the honesty shop. The team does a great job!
